It's time to prioritize our health and wellness! This May, we're encouraging everyone to commit to staying fit with the 12th Anniversary of STRONG B.A.N.D.S.

STRONG B.A.N.D.S. promotes healthy, active lifestyles for Army communities by emphasizing STRONG Balance, Activity, Nutrition, Determination, and Strength. By committing to staying fit, we can all get stronger and faster, eat right, and join garrison fitness and wellness opportunities to improve our body, mind, and total health.

Spread the word and tell your friends and family about STRONG B.A.N.D.S. Let's all work together to prioritize our health and wellness this month. Join us in making the commitment to stay fit and lead a healthy lifestyle.

“Mental and Financial Strength”
Tuesday, May 30, 11AM-1PM at The Hub:
The Library, Military Family Life Counselor and Personal Financial Counselor will setup 
information tables on how to strengthen your mental and financial readiness
